Canceled order and contract before 14days but o2 keep sent me the bill

I  canceled my order and my contracts before 14days. O2 agent told me to cut the new sim card that I got by post.  But I keep got the email from o2 that said I over due payment for my monthly contract, and if I don't paid after 4 days I will get fine. It s so made me streesfull. I tried to contact o2 but can't , tried to log in to  my 02 account but in my account said there isn't any service that I own from o2. Really made me worried and confused.

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

I will also tag the online account advisors @O2KyleW who may still be on today, and @O2Lisa who will be on Monday morning at 8 am.

Hopefully someone can help you get this sorted.
