I would like to cancel my contract and pay for sim only as I believe I have paid the device off now..how do I do this?

If on refresh, your bill will reduce to airtime automatically.

If on a standard contract, you'll need to upgrade to a sim only tariff. You can do this in your MyO2.

Do not cancel as you will lose your number. Just upgrade to sim only and keep your phone.
