If you have had your device less than 14 days then O2 operate a change of mind policy. You can return it with no cost to yourself https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy

If it's over 14 days then you would cancel as normal via info in this link

If purchased in store, take it back to the store you purchased it from. If an online order, you should have a returns label and instructions in the packaging or call customer service on 202
