Hi I’ve had to move back to Australia and unable to call customer services.
I am wanting to cancel my tariff but am unable to pay the full amount left on my device.
So I’m just wanting to know what exactly I can do? I also have credits which I need explained aswell. Thankyou

Your only option re cancelling is to pay your device off in full. Could you loan the money from anyone?

@Meganne

It's free to call customer service on your O2 phone from abroad http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
