Hello, I would like to cancel my sim only contract. The contract should have expired. I would like to move to another network provider.

If you want to leave and move network use the PAC method outlined here if you want to take your number or STAC if you don't

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
