Hi, today I ordered a phone on pay monthly contract. I paid £20 upfront and I got confirmation my order had gone through. I then received an email saying that at the moment the phone was out of stock but that I would receive an email when it was available. I have since changed my mind about this order and wonder how I would be able to cancel it before the device is sent out?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
