Hi, I’ve placed an sim only deal through Uswitch website last night.
Deal was 15Gb £7.99
Just noticed there’s a deal 30gb £8
I want to change that to £8 deal as I’ll be getting double the data with just 1pence extra. Can customer service change it for me or do I have to cancel the current order first then place a new order?
I’m unable to speak to an advisor online as my02 is still not working due to not being 48 hours of order yet. What would be the best way to contact customer service online. Thanks
