I would like to cancel my upgrade?

I upgraded my phone on the 27th December 2021 and I would like to return the phone and cancel the upgrade.

I have tried to connect by ringing the 202 number but get cut off.

I have tried to do a live chat and I get cut off.

Please can someone just give me a returns label and cancel the upgrade?
