Hi,
I need to cancel my monthly contract. Every time I phone O2 it says my contract is run by a 3rd party and can't help me. There is no way to tell who that 3rd party is. Can you please help me?

We can't help here as we are customers and cannot access accounts.
I would have thought O2 would know who the 3rd Party is.
How long have you had the account?
Are you still in contract?
Try using the PAC method here and see what it returns

That's bizarre from O2. Did the PAC method suggested by @Enlli help you ?
If not, it might be worth contacting O2 again, just in case a different customer advisor reaches a different conclusion. You might wish to call at 8.10am so as to get connected to a UK call centre as they often have more experienced advisors.

Who did you agree your contract with?
Was it from a cold call from the likes of Aerial Direct or Plan.com?
If so, it will be a business account so you'll need to call 8002 for help.
