Cancel my insurance

I want to cancel my insurance. Can't find anywhere on the app to do this..  tried contacting o2 but automated call tells me there's a 30min wait then it hangs up. Anyone know if this is possible on the app? Chat isn't working either 😕 

Actually thinking of switching to another company for a better deal atm too.

You have to give 30 days notice of cancellation.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
