Cancel my contract

Question please will you send me my final bill because I cannot use this phone is have decided to go back to bt getting a better deal for a phone interview want to keep the same number so please cancel when this is done I will send you everything back to you from Mrs Carolyn Smith

Ask O2 for your PAC and give it to BT. They will transfer your number which will close the O2 account and produce a final bill. 

No need to send anything back...

Rereading this I'm not sure the contract is finished in which case you can't just return the phone and get a final bill unless you want to pay off the handset and give 30 days notice to end the airtime.
