Hi,
I submitted and paid for the pay monthly phone order on the O2 official website before, but now I need to cancel this order, I can't find the relevant order information, and the status of this order in my bank is pending.

If the payment is pending it means O2 have not claimed the money so your application was probably declined.
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
