I need to cancel my 02 insurance as my phone is covered by my house insurance

We can not access individual accounts within the community.

Contacting customer services on 202 will help you remove the insurance from your account.

Please bear in mind our lines are busier than usual at the moment so it might take a few attempts, it's best at the moment to ring between 10am and 6pm.
