I had 3 months free trial with 'Calm' app and i'm at the end and need to cancel it. As o2 are not taking calls unless urgent, how can I do this? It can only be cancelled via o2 via phonecall.

Have you checked your account settings in the calm app?

You cancel it on the CALM website or on the app. No need to call.

It keeps coming up 'You have an extra from o2 please call customer service from your o2 mobile to cancel subscription' If you've had the free trial via o2 then I presume you to cancel via them (o2) . Thank you though
