Cancel contract

Hi, I try to call o2 and I email custom service to cancel my contract but i can't reach no one the phone and number with o2 contract is not with me so any option how I can request to cancel my contract on the app or any email adress plese.

You can cancel by text now.

If you dont have the number with O2 now all you can do is keep trying to call @Brigi
