@martatomas Do you mean you don't have the sim card? Did you report the phone as stolen? Why have you waited all this time to ask about this? This is not customer service. You need to call them. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Do not use Live Chat. You need to sort this out before you leave.

@martatomas You will not be able to cancel without the account information for this contract. Also this is not O2 you are talking to here. We are all customers here so will not have access to your account. You will need to contact customer service to see what you need to pay
