I want to cancel my contract but there’s no one answering any calls, chat not there either. I know why, but what can I do?

Not sure if that would work for me. I don’t want or need any type of code. I’m not transferring to another network. It’s a second phone that I want to cancel. Can I just cancel direct debit?

If you cancel by text to get your PAC...and then don't use the PAC in 30 days it will expire.

If you can't call try ordering a free EE PAYG SIM online. Text to get your pac from O2 then go online to transfer your O2 number to your PAYG EE SIM which will guarantee that your O2 contract has ended.

You can then destroy the EE SIM.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
