Is the O2 webchat thing for real?!
to start with why can’t I cancel my contract on my account and secondly why have a webchat that keeps disconnecting you after hanging around for half hour waiting for a real person?!
I'm very frustrated.

Thanks for the reply, my word that sounds like a pain in the backside! Why on earth can you not just cancel online through your account?! This makes no sense whatsoever. I will never have anything to do with them again if they basically make it impossible for you to leave them.
so if I get a sim, can I put it in any phone? my son has an old one that still works but he doesn’t use.

I know thank you, and I found all of that myself before I made a post but, as I said; chat doesn’t work, keeps disconnecting. Facebook message is greyed out so can’t message them. Phone call, apart from being on hold forever and keep getting cut off, when I do finally get to speak to someone they say they can’t help as I need to use a pac or stac code, which I don’t want or need!
This is why I made a post, not because I want to keep being given ways to contact them but because ALL of these avenues of contact are NOT helping me.

Yet, unfortunately, as already said, there's nothing else that us, as customers, can do for you.
Customer services are just being awkward, so call again and be persistent.
