I would like to cancel my contract.
I have had to buy two data bolt ons this month. I have barely used my phone without Wi-Fi and the data has run out again after a day.
it’s ridiculous and frankly I think o2 is taking the *bleep*.
I have been an o2 customer for many years, I think the way you look after existing customers is dreadful.

With hindsight, maybe you should have chosen a tariff with a higher data allowance. Also, when using Wifi, make sure mobile data is turned off. Have you got a phone which is capable of Wifi Calling? https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
