Hi I keep getting charged money from bona Fido mobile ltd how can I cancel it and stop them taking money of my account or can I just leave 02 all together

Ask customer service to block all charge to mobile payments too and change your number as a last resort.

 You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:

Bar all Direct to bill debits

Bar Premium rate numbers
