Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Yesterday I placed an order for a new pay monthly. Passed credit check etc, all is well. Today I get a text saying it has been delayed. No info on my o2 so I go to live chat. The advisor that put my order through entered the wrong colour (out of stock colour). Anyway, I was advised to cancel the order and reorder, was put through to the sales team again. Went through the whole process only to be asked for a £400 deposit. The lady said to wait 24 hours and go through it again and it will he fine. I'm a little wary now as I've now had 2 credit checks and a cancellation in 24 hours. Has anyone been through this and it turned out well. It took 3 and a half hours on live chat to get that far so I'm very wary now.

From other customers with the same problems I would advise you wait at least 2 weeks

Personally I'd give it at least a month and maybe up to 6 weeks.
