I recently signed up for a contract and phone with o2. I was told on 2 occasions that everything was OK. And out for delivery. Not once as any of this been genuine from them. I've tried asking to cancel on the chat function but i get sent round in circles. Dead end. So can someone on here provide a number to contact to cancel. I can't use 202 as I don't have a o2 phone. Or can someone advise Mr who to contact on social media. I want out as i think there taking the Mickey. If this is what they perform like by just ordering a phone and not been able to actually sort anything out then i don't want to be part of it. I'd rather not deal with them from kick off.
Any help would be gratefully received

If I haven't received item. I can't send it back.am I able to cancel afore they pretend to ship it out. Or have I got to wait in case they decide to send it some time in future and that could be how long?. I thought I could get in contact with them to ensure it gets cancelled. I don't want them sending anything out.. cheers
