If you know the number of the company who charged you, then ring them and ask for your money to be refunded and to cancel your membership

Also contact customer services and ask for the following 2 bars to be placed on your account

• Bar all Direct to Bill Debits
• Premium Bar (calls to premium numbers, 090, 070 etc.)
