Cancel Upgrade Order and choose different phone?

I just upgraded in the very early hours from my sim only plan to a refresh device plan. I’ve since decided I wish to choose a completely different device...I was choosing between the two originally and at time of placing the order I was firmly set on my decision. But I’ve since changed my mind and wish to order the other one (completely different model) instead. The order has been confirmed, but not yet processed. Will I be able to cancel it and immediately place the order I want or am I screwed now?

It could go either way.

Call customer service to check.

I’ll call customer services when they open (at 8am I think). Do you know if @O2 Lisa works today? I appreciate it’s a bank holiday so idk. She was very helpful in sorting out previous issues that customer services gave me the run around with.
