I've received a confirmation email of an order I didn't order (Number NC[Removed])
It adds Overage Allowance Charges for Call, SMS, MMS, International Text, Voicemail.
I am not interested on that at all. I'm calling you and no one answers. Still waiting in the queue.
Please do cancel the order.

I also had this order notification today as did another family member. It shows as a VAS (value added service) change with seemingly no charge. I cannot get through on chat or calling either
