Hi, I purchased a oppo phone as "pay you go" and the time of purchasing they said you need to cancel you monthly payment if you don't want to use sim. So I want my contract cancellation for sim.

You just don't top up the PAYG sim card when it arrives, there is nothing to cancel as its PAYG.
You can also just call 0344 809 0202 and ask them to remove all payment methods this can also be done via myO2
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

There is no contract for PAYG.
If you have a rolling plan or auto top up set you need to cancel those payments only.
Call 4445 to speak to customer service about this.

@Axcah - We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Social Media at one of the links at the list just below this post, they should be able to help you. For info, Guide: Migration & porting into O2 - this section should help you: "To move from Pay Monthly to PAYG" - Good luck!
