Cancel Contract

I have lost my phone and have not received the promised replacement sim.  O2 is a complete waste of time and money and I want to pay off my contract and cancel the contract.

Just so you know the replacement sim could have been lost by the useless delivery firm aka Royal Fail.. so maybe pop into a shop with Photo ID and ask for a sim card..
