Can't be done here, nobody here can access your account - but this will help you, @JaredBruh
Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
And
Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]
Check you have reached the end of your contract by using your MyO2 or text INFO to 85075 to see what charge may be outstanding to end your contract this week.
Leave your Direct Debit alone and in place until O2 have refunded any amounts to you, at least 8 weeks. Good luck, @JaredBruh.

good luck, even if u ring them up to cancel they will keep the contract rolling. o2 has degenerated into a scam site

I take it you did ask O2 CS for a STAC and submit it as per Guide: Cancelling Your Contract @mikel67856795?
Otherwise get a free PAYG SIM from any other network, use yourO2 PAC to migrate to that SIM, leave any DD in place with O2 until your final bill or credit is issued, then chop the SIM up and dispose of it when all of your first top-up on that network's SIM has been consumed.
Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] tells you about getting your PAC.
Good luck!
Good luck!

of course; i went through the whole e2e customer journey, retentions, the works. o2 confirmed my request to leave was cancelled. the reason they gave was it was an 'error'. must do better.

Just thought I'd double-check, @mikel67856795 👍🏼
Human error, or system error, I wonder?

Human without the slightest doubt....
