My wife (not with O2) wants to take advantage of wi-fi calling which is not offered by her current provider.
Before she fully commits to moving to a more expensive contract with O2 I thought it would make sense for me to trial a pay-monthly contract myself (for one month) to make sure it works as expected. If it does then she can sign up herself through one of the 12-month affiliate offers being promoted and transfer her number to O2.
Given that 30 days notice is required to cancel any pay-monthly contract with O2, how do I ensure that I only pay for one month. Do I sign up for a 30 days contract and cancel immediately?
