Can't view my bill from the account page

Hi,

 

I'd like to view my bill and account payments online please, but the pages are broken. Here's the path I took:

 

1. I start at http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and click 'View my bill', which directs to http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2/viewmybill - only it then redirects to https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/.

2. The word 'bill' doesn't appear on this page. The closest to it is 'View order & delivery details' so I click that.

3. That takes me to a 400 error screen that says:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

Can you fix this please? I'd quite like to see what money you're taking from me and why. I'm on Pay Monthly and using Google Chrome on Windows.

PS. Also the 'Choose a board' dropdown on this forum only works if you create a board username first, but it doesn't say that, it just looks like it's broken. Took me ages to figure that out. Smiley Indifferent

Hi Andy,

 

When you click on View My Bill - does the next page have 3 boxes? Your personal details, your orders and something else?

 

If so - your mobile number is not linked up to that username.

 

If you call CS they can advise you of the correct log-in details and perhaps even link up that old account to your number.
