Does anyone know why I can't view my data allowance from myO2 on my mobile? I can see my allowance for minutes and texts but it says there has been an error retrieving my data allowance.
The other annoying thing about myO2 from my mobile is that it will not let me change my settings so I can view it whilst connected to wi-fi. Is this normal, or should I be able to change it?

You should be able to view it on wifi. It's a matter of switching wifi off and connecting through the website rather than the app and there is an option th allow you to access via wifi.
As suggested, I would call customer service to check your account is set up correctly.
