Smiley LOL

I HAVE SIGNED UP FOR ONLINE BUT I COULD NOT VIEW MY BILLS AND I COULD NOT UPGRADE OR WHATEVER..EVERYTIME I NEED TO CALL 100 AND LET THEM KNOW ..WHATS HAPPENING?

Your not making any sense, no wonder you can't do anything !!!!!
