Hello I ordered new iPhone 16 pro max on day they came out but can’t see my order on my app or even on website would you be able to chase up for me pls

No, no one on this customer to customer community can tell you anything about your order, but if its not in myo2, I doubt its been placed.. 

You will need to ring up o2 on 0800 081 0255 and speak to the Sales Team/
