I would really like to have a conversation with someone about my bill, but I can't get through on the phone, no one is responding to emails at this time, and the link I was sent for live chat doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If it's any comfort to you neither can I.

what has happened to chatting online?

I have phoned different help numbers but after an automated voice takes my number, tells me that the last time I phoned it was about a lost or stolen phoneis that what I want to discuss it also tells me that my call cannot be taken.

This is a telephone company that doesnt appear to have anyone on the end of a telephone. It makes huge profits. Get more people on line!

Please read the link above - it explains it all.
If not...
As you might expect, o2 are working with reduced staff in their call centres.
At the same time they are experiencing a rise in the number of people calling.
This means that it takes longer for your call to be answered.
To try and help, they have closed their chat options so that more agents can take calls.
Given the government mandates on people staying home or working at distance, what would you suggest?

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

If only you could... they ignore any text to cancel (tried that last year and the year before)

Normally you just allocate a day of your life to sit on chat, plus another the following week when they don't do what they said previously and... maybe a third day later.

This year i don't fancy that. All i really wanted was to move tarriff as they want more for a SIM only than they wanted when the cost of the phone was included and I can't port O2 to O2

They won't (or in truth can't right now) talk to us so it does look like my only option is to get a PAC and leave
