Hello,
There was some network maintenance done on the 27th Jan and since this work was carried out when I attempt to send either a picture or a Giff I get the following error message - message not sent service not activated on network.
This was working perfectly well before the maintenance work was carried out on the 27th Jan.
Can someone please assist?

Try sending one to yourself first or you need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
You can also use Whatsapp, messenger etc to send pictures if the other person uses those apps.
