Samsung Galaxy S10, O2 chat guy no help. Nothing in my tariff to prevent me sending photos - I thought!! Help needed please!

@Jeanne You need your data switched on to send an MMS. Be aware it is expensive to send them this way. Best way to send is by WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger over WiFi. Those methods are free.
