Can’t see my device info?

Hey,
My device arrived yesterday, and I’ve inserted the sim etc. I cannot see the device info anywhere on my o2 account, which is an issue as i need to send it back under the 14 day guarantee. Any idea where it may be? When I went through with the order I put in a different email address to the one on this account however when I try logging into that account with that address on O2 it says it’s wrong, so I just need to find and return my device, any chance I’m looking in the wrong place on this account?
