I can't see the balance in my O2 account. I'm on Pay as you Go and I'm using a tablet so I'm wondering if that's why it is unavailable. Is this the case?
If not, what is my next step? I want to see how much data I'm using.

If you already have My O2 on your tablet you should be able to see your data balance? http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
If it was unavailable when you tried, check again later as it may be updating.

It could be that o2 have set it up with a different login to that you are using. Give them a call.
