I just left O2 and kept my number.
I just got a bill notification on my text yesterday. I tried viewing it today, but it seems that O2 has already locked me out of everything?
Like, I'd like to view my bill? It's a very basic thing, even for a customer who'd left. Can't even contact O2 because I'm locked out of the live chat.
I can still sign in (though only with my phone number and text message with a code - no longer with my usual username). It looks like I can view my bills because there's a link in the nav to bills. When I click it, it just puts me back on the login page.
Really really frustrating. O2 basically locked me out without a way to see my last bill.
Could anyone advise how I can view my bills please? I am not going to pay £2 for a paper bill. I don't want to pay just to see my bill.
