I appreciate this sounds a bit ridiculous, but I cannot access the change payment details section of my o2. My phone used to be paid for by my mum but I want to change the payment to my bank account, but now between us we can't remember either the security pin or the account she used to pay for my phone.
Is there any other way of accessing this section without this information? Thank you!

Not online there isn't, you'll need to speak to O2 and you will still need to answer security questions.

Can your mum not check her accounts to see which one the monthly payment to O2 comes out of? Other than that, as perksie says, you will have to call 202 free from your mobile.
