I've got a Sony XA1 Ultra I can't receive texts or send them. My bill is up to date from 07/12/20. Can you please help me

Can you check for an update to Carrier Services which was pushed via Google around the 7th December??

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
