Can't receive texts or calls

Hi,

 

my son can make calls and send texts but he cant receive either

 

Is this due to the ongoing faults ??

 

 

I'm also on o2 and my services are OK.

 

Why aren't we both affected ?

It's possible as the problem is affecting certain numbers and is not geographical.

theres a fault apparently it did this a while ago its frustrating !!

I have no signal - and haven't had all day.

 

I've checked O2 live network coverage and it says that everything is fine - I can't chat to a guru as they're all busy. 

 

Am getting very frustrated. Smiley Mad
