I presume you have paid your bill?

Check your status here https://status.o2.co.uk/

If thats ok...take your sim out and give it a gentle clean...reinsert and reboot the phone...

If none of the above works then you may need a new sim. Pop instore to get one

Hi @Moi, it's been a while since you posted so I just wanted to check if you managed to sort this out and are now able to make and receive calls? Good suggestions above from our helpful members so hopefully everything got sorted in the end. Let us know if you have any further questions though!
