I left EE and ported my number over to o2 on the form when I purchased my contract online.

My number has now transferred to my correct number when I call out but I can’t receive calls anymore it just goes to the old ‘EE’ voicemail.

I’ve been to settings - phone and it has the correct number, when I check I message / FaceTime it says the number will expire in 26 days 😕

Getting stressed as obviously I’d of hoped for a smooth transition.

spoke to customer services who didn’t really offer much help. i have reset phone and networks etc from my end.

can anyone from o2 help please?

@O2Lisa  I saw you solved this for somebody else? Are you able to help
thanks!

@JW74 Lisa is not on duty

@O2Ryan can you assist?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

No one available here anymore @Kbanwait85 sorry.

You need to persevere with O2.

Thanks, such a shame. Their support team are shockingly bad and not what I expect from as a "Business customer"
