I can't receive calls with my sim. I've tried resetting the phone, settings, switching phones, and nothing works. It says I have signal, and I can make calls (sometimes). I would like to leave O2 with no extra charges as I'm not receiving the services I'm paying for. I am trying to open a case via ombudsman but need a deadlock letter, however there doesn't seem to be any way of contacting O2. Live chat doesn't work and just says no agents available, and I can't find any email address for customer service. My next option will be to open a small claims court case to claim the money back. I have tried calling but after being on hold for an hour I was hung up on twice.

@abbbcccguest Have you tried replacing your sim? It may be something as simple as that. If you have an O2 store nearby, call in bringing photo ID with you and they'll swap your sim for you there.
