I'm trying to sign into my Amazon account but for some reason I'm not receiving any OTP texts from them. I'm receiving them from my bank, PayPal, authenticator apps etc just not from Amazon. Can anyone help with this?

I'm in touch with customer services on Twitter, they're asking for the shortcodes that Amazon uses. For anyone know what they are or should I call Amazon?

I've had numerous Amazon shortcodes. They are different every time. They all have 6 digits but don't follow any pattern. I've had them starting with 1, 4, 7 8, and 9.  Never a problem to receive on my Samsung Note 10.

As @cleoriff says, Amazon use a variety of shortcodes, and long numbers depending on the purpose of the 2FA request.

Have you spoken to Amazon at all, as it could be a blockage on their side.
