Can't read my bill online

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, can someone please tell me how long it takes before I can access my bill?

I have purchased a 24 month contract on sun 13/01/2013 but have no access to my bill and bolton page can anyone shed some light. There was one other thing that was strange on the page it says welcome back Rachel but my user name is not Rachel but my details seem to be all correct. I have heard of people getting hacked and I am starting to worry if this might be the case. Any help appreciated

If you only ordered today it can take a while for the account to provision correctly. Mine took about 48 hours last time I took out a new contract.
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

It may be the case your account hasn't been set up properly. Was it O2 CS that did it for you?

If so was the rep called Rachel? If yes I'm guessing she's blonde grin

I sent the account up online I should get the phone tomorrow. Is it normal to have to wait until the phone arrives or should I be able to access the bill info straight away I can access my account just not bill details and bolt ons

and you need to change your name to Rachel, cause if it's wrong on your account you'll never get it changed 😞
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Mi5 has a very good point it would be much simpler to officially change your name rather have O2 change your account name haha
