How I can pay my bill? Costume service tell me I not can pass the security questions

You can make payment when you log into your myO2 account using the app or through the website. If you still can't find how to pay using your myO2 account, then pop up in one of their stores. All O2 stores in England have opened now. Just pop in with your phone which have your O2 number and payment method ( card or cash) I believe they should be able to help

I forget my password. In store tell me I can pay only calling costume service. Costume service ask to many security questions. I can not pass the security questions

You can reset your password in your MyO2.

Go to manage my details.
