Hi I can’t pay my phone bill on time as my work has closed due to the virus and I can’t get enough pay, I can’t talk on the phone as I’m mute and have anexity how do I contact o2?

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I can’t speak on the phone it gives me anxiety and I’m mute I can only text or email and I only have 4 days till I need to pay

Yes then clicked on both blue links one didn’t help at all and the other didn’t work
