I’m trying to pay my bill but I can’t access my o2

My O2 has been giving issues all day so I would suggest trying in the morning

If it's still down you need to call the payment management team

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@Moayed When you eventually get your bill paid, set up a Direct Debit to avoid this problem recurring. There really is no point in not doing that.
